Dear Parents, students and well-wishers of this institution I am very excited to extend a warm welcome to you through our website. This institution under Govt. of West Bengal started the journey from 16th December, 1963 to make skilled, dedicated and compassionate educators. Really we, all staff are very delightful for being a part of this institute.
Saktigarh Govt. Spons. PTTI Unit-1(For boys), Barsul under Purba Burdwan district is a renowned institution for sharing the knowledge through our students into society. Education is not an acquiring knowledge but it helps us to lead a better life and also forming personality. The institution still carries forward its own identity, progressive thinking and also educational environment. As an institute affiliated by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education and recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), we are committed to carry the highest standards of teacher education.
As we stand on the threshold of a new academic session, each academic year is a new height scaled and another dream realized with new targets set for the future. Each member of this institution is devoted to turning dreams and aspirations into reality through sincerity and perseverance.
Along with providing academics, we aspire to instil values, life skills and habits that make our students stand out and make a difference in society.
